With the added benefit of racking up free lunches by referring friends, CLC is bringing the art of lunching to a new level. City Lunch Club saves you money by negotiating a discounted flat rate with our restaurant partners. That means that each meal will always cost the same thing to you no matter which option you choose. The pricing ranges from $10.99-12.99/meal depending on how many days per week you sign up for. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time.
We try to pick the three best items with a variety of ingredients each day. If you don’t like any of them, simply skip that days lunch and go back to the boring deli. There will always be tomorrow’s menu. If you have “Leftovers” at the end of a week, they will carry over forever.
If you have a week where you’re traveling or had work lunches out of the office, you may not be able to take advantage of your allotted lunches. Anytime you miss a lunch, credits will be carried over and can be used at anytime even if you cancel your subscription.
City Lunch Club closes the order window at exactly 10:30 am. At that time all orders are transmitted directly to the restaurants to start preparing meals for delivery.

City Lunch Club’s delivery window begins at 11:30 am and ends at 1:00 pm.
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to place subscriptions on hold. If you need to skip a week or two, you can cancel your weekly recurring subscription at any time and re-subscribe when you are ready to begin receiving lunch again. If you have any leftovers in your account, you’ll be able to use those even without having an active subscription.
Nope—all you pay is your subscription fee and tax. Prices per meal range from $10.99 to $12.99 depending on the plan you choose. There are no delivery charges and tax and gratuity are automatically included!
Updating your address is easy! Simply log into your account. You will see a link on your “My Account” page with the heading “Manage Addresses.” Click on this link, enter your new information, and hit save. Please note that if you have moved offices outside of one of our delivery zones, we won’t be able to continue delivering you lunch until we add your office to our delivery area.
You may order lunch immediately, for same day delivery, at your plan's meal rate.
Billing will begin on Sunday for the following week and continue on each subsequent Sunday at your plan price. You may order lunches immediately at your plan's meal rate.
Weekly members can cancel their subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. Simply go to your Account page and look for the ‘Cancel Subscription’ link under Membership Details. Click to submit your cancellation. You can also contact us at to cancel. Once you cancel, you won’t be billed for the following week. If you cancel mid-week, you’ll be able to continue ordering lunch until Friday and then your subscription won’t be renewed on Monday. However, if you have collected any leftovers, you’ll be able to use them even if you cancel your subscription.
Yes, you can always order additional lunches at your subscription price. For example, if you get lunch 3 days/week and you’d like to order a 4th lunch, you will be billed a one time charge of $11.99. If you decide to upgrade to a higher weekly plan, you will be billed for a one-time charge at the lower price and your new billing cycle will begin the next Sunday.
Updating your billing information is easy! Simply log into your account. You will see a link on your “My Account” page with the heading “Update Subscription Billing Info.” Click on this link, enter your new information, and hit save. Done!
